Welcome to Clinico. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our veterinary clinic management platform and mobile application. By accessing or using Clinico, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Clinico provides a comprehensive platform for veterinary clinics to manage their operations, including but not limited to:

• Customer and pet management
• Appointment scheduling
• Loyalty and rewards programs
• Point-of-sale (POS) functionality
• Mobile application for customers
• Analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration

To use Clinico, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age or have legal guardian consent
• Represent a legitimate veterinary clinic or healthcare business
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Clinico, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate customer and patient data
• Respect the privacy and rights of your customers
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our platform
• Not share your account with unauthorized users

5. Data Privacy and Security

We take data privacy seriously. Your use of Clinico is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure, and you use the service at your own risk. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your critical data.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to:

• Provide valid payment information
• Pay all fees on time
• Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Understand that we may modify pricing with 30 days notice

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Clinico. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, and modifications to the service. We will provide notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

8. Intellectual Property

Clinico and all related logos, trademarks, and content are the property of Clinico Oy. You retain ownership of the data you input into the system. By using Clinico, you grant us a limited license to process and display your data as necessary to provide the service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data
• We reserve the right to delete data after the retention period

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinico shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of Clinico after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Clinico shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
